What is the ISG-KATIP Periodic Control Contract?

The ISG-KATIP periodic control contract is the electronic approval of the periodic control services that must be performed in the workplaces  between the persons or organizations authorized to perform these controls  and the employer through the ISG-KATIP system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

This contract is proof that the person/organization performing the periodic control is legally authorized and that the controls are official.

In order for periodic controls to be considered valid, there must be an ISG-KATIP contract between the person/organization performing the control and the employer.

How to Make an ISG-KATIP Periodic Control Contract?

2️⃣ Introduction to the ISG-KATIP System

1.              https://isgkatip.csgb.gov.tr

2.              The employer or employer's representative  logs in with e-Government.

3.              The person/organization that will perform the control must also be registered in the system.


3️⃣ Periodic Control Contract Creation

In the system:

1.              Select "Contracts" → "Periodic Control".

2.              The TR identity number / tax number of the person/organization that will perform the control  is entered.

3.              The SSI registration number of the workplace  is selected.

4.              Contract type: Periodic Control

5.              Contract dates are determined. (Maximum 6 months)


4️⃣ Mutual Approval

1.              The employer creates the contract.

2.              The person/organization that will perform the control approves via e-Government.

3.              After approval, the contract enters into force.


5️⃣ Periodic Control

1.              The control is carried out within the contract period.

2.              A report is prepared.

3.              The report contains contract information.


Important Considerations ⚠️

1.              The contract must  be made before the check.

2.              The number of contracts should be approximate and consistent with the number of equipment in the field (Less than the number of reports cannot be entered)

3.              A retroactive contract is not considered valid.

4.              A separate contract is required for each workplace.

5.              The same person can make a contract for more than one workplace.

6.              The control report  must be in line with the contract dates.
